{"id":17390,"date":"2023-03-28T16:10:21","date_gmt":"2023-03-28T14:10:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/evajura.com\/actualites\/index-degalite-professionnelle-entre-les-femmes-et-les-homme-copy\/"},"modified":"2023-03-29T10:00:48","modified_gmt":"2023-03-29T08:00:48","slug":"index-de-legalite-professionnelle-entre-les-femmes-et-les-hommes-2023","status":"publish","type":"actualites","link":"https:\/\/evajura.com\/de\/actualites\/index-de-legalite-professionnelle-entre-les-femmes-et-les-hommes-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Index de l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes &#8211; 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le d\u00e9cret n\u00b02019-015 relatif \u00e0 l\u2019application des dispositions visant \u00e0 supprimer les \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration entre les femmes et les hommes pr\u00e9voit la publication, chaque ann\u00e9e, des indicateurs composant l\u2019index \u00e9galit\u00e9 et relatifs aux \u00e9carts de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>Cet index est compos\u00e9 de 5 indicateurs qui mesurent notamment les \u00e9carts en termes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, de taux d\u2019augmentation et de promotions, entre les femmes et les hommes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le r\u00e9sultat d&#8217;EVA Jura pour l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2022 s&#8217;\u00e9tablissent tr\u00e8s majoritairement au-dessus de 75 points sur 100 (minimum l\u00e9gal) pour un index global \u00e0<\/span> 91 points sur 100.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<div class=\"container container--space-inner--v-m container--column container--grid container--paragraph container--width--standard\">\n<div class=\"container__inner\">\n<div class=\"grid grid--count--1 \">\n<div class=\"grid__column\">\n<div class=\"container container--space-inner--v-xs container--paragraph container--wysiwyg container--width--full container--card container--width--standard container--space-inner--v-m container--column\">\n<div class=\"container__inner\">\n<div class=\"card theme--background-color--veo-pale-gray-white card--edges--rounded card--border-color--veo-white\">\n<div class=\"card__content\">\n<div class=\"container container--space-inner--v-xs container--paragraph container--wysiwyg container--width--full\">\n<div class=\"container__inner\">\n<div class=\"wysiwyg\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"text-align-center\" dir=\"ltr\"><span style=\"color: #339966;\">Comment est calcul\u00e9 l&#8217;index ?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">L\u2019index de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 femmes-hommes se compose de <strong>5 indicateurs<\/strong> not\u00e9s sur <strong>100 points<\/strong> qui \u00e9valuent les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre les femmes et les hommes dans l\u2019entreprise. Chaque indicateur est pond\u00e9r\u00e9 et mesur\u00e9 sous forme de note. La somme de ces notes permet de calculer l\u2019index. Si la note globale est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 75 sur 100, l\u2019entreprise aura 3 ans pour mener des actions correctives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les 5 indicateurs :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Ecarts de salaire entre les femmes et les hommes, \u00e0 poste et \u00e2ge comparables<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cet indicateur repr\u00e9sente <strong>40 points<\/strong> qui sont obtenus lorsqu\u2019il y a 0 % d\u2019\u00e9cart de salaire entre les femmes et les hommes \u00e0 poste et \u00e2ge comparables. L\u2019indicateur compare les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations moyennes des femmes et des hommes, incluant les primes de performance et les avantages en nature. Seules sont exclues les primes li\u00e9es aux conditions de travail (primes de nuit, heures suppl\u00e9mentaires\u2026) et les indemnit\u00e9s de d\u00e9part et de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0<strong>2. R\u00e9partition des augmentations entre les femmes et les hommes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Cet indicateur repr\u00e9sente <strong>20 points<\/strong>. Le nombre maximum de points est accord\u00e9 si l\u2019entreprise a augment\u00e9 autant d\u2019hommes que de femmes, \u00e0 2 % pr\u00e8s ou \u00e0 2 personnes pr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.\u00a0 R\u00e9partition des promotions entre les femmes et les hommes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Le nombre maximum de points (<strong>15 points<\/strong>) est accord\u00e9 si l\u2019entreprise a promu autant d\u2019hommes que de femmes, \u00e0 2 % pr\u00e8s ou \u00e0 2 personnes pr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>4. Augmentations au retour de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u00a0Cet indicateur est calcul\u00e9 d\u00e8s lors que des augmentations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9es pendant que des personnes \u00e9taient en cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9, il repr\u00e9sente <strong>15 points<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>5.
